Creation Farm
Producing Akebono soybeans, a native variety of Minobu town, as well as rice and organic vegetables, “Creation Farm” focuses on ecological and sustainable practices using many open-pollinated varieties.
The farm is run by the owner, a former employee of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. After re-evaluating his life priorities, he switched jobs, became a farmer and relocated to Minobu town, with the strong belief of providing life’s abundance and joy to those around him through farming.
Various agricultural programs and tours such as farming experiences in addition to crop and seed seminars with the special programs of Akebono soybean farming are offered through the Minobu Farm Stay Regional Association.
