Adjacent to the exclusive guesthouse Ebisuya, this café is located in a renovated 90+ year old private house. Promoting local gastronomy, the café offers a tasty food menu with an abundance of local ingredients produced in Yamanashi prefecture.

The warm wooden interior and sophisticated decor make the café a relaxing space, with soothing music played in the background. Outside, there is a terrace where guests can enjoy the view of the changing seasons.

Be sure to try the popular menu items such as “Hoto Carbonara,” “Zencho Bagel,” as well as “Tera Beer,” a craft beer from Kakurinbo, a temple lodge in Mt. Minobu.
